Shipping

• We ship by UPS and USPS, depending on what is more economical for us. Heavier items which weigh more than 150lbs are shipped with a regional freight/LTL carrier. Additionally, items which are too large dimensionally will also need to go with a regional freight/LTL carrier.
• Items shipped by freight will require signature upon delivery. If there is a problem with delivery, the buyer must pay for all additional charges (ex. redelivery, limited access fees).
• Local delivery available to local businesses only.
• Items are shipped insured; if item is damaged in shipping, please take photos of packaging and product, then contact us to file a claim immediately.
• If listing states "free shipping", free shipping is within the contiguous 48 states only. Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, Virgin Islands, or any other outlying islands will have additional shipping charges.

Warranty & Returns

• Standard 90-day warranty on all parts.
• Labor is not covered by warranty.
• All returns MUST be accompanied by an authorized RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization); please contact us to initiate the return.
• Non-warranty returns must be made within 30-days of purchase; 20% restocking or shipping charge fee may apply for certain returns.
