Flirty glamour from 90s- Cheap and Chic By Moschino, Queen of Hearts.  

 Dress features :

 Black wool blend fabric, 80% wool, 20%polyamid. ( label: Aeffe spa, made in Italy). Straight, Pencil style, large black velvet heart , shaped breast with oversized button. Hidden back zipper closure, 3/4 length sleeves. The dress looks gray in the photos, but it is absolutely deep black. 

This 1990s Moschino dress is in excellent condition with no damage staining or alterations. Dry cleaned and ready to wear. (All three labels have survived)

Length 92 cm

Sleeve length 47 cm

The dress falls freely, so it is difficult to get exact measurements, but I would say it is a classic European size L.
