One is in really nice shape, near mint to mint, and a good candidate for CGC grading.
The second one has some minor wear, but still looks pretty nice. These are very, very fragile and were given out at a bustling convention, unbagged and boarded at that time, so there are surely not very many as nice as this one out there to be had. The pictures show the nicer one, but again, both of them look good, with deep, rich color.
