Shipping

Free shipping, if relevant to listing, applies to lower 48 U.S. with loading dock / fork lift (Business to Business). Additional fee may be required for residential delivery and liftgate service.  

We generally ship items within 3 business days upon receiving payment either via FedEx Ground/Home or LTL Shipping. Should you need to have your item expedited, just send us a message prior to purchase. We're happy to make further arrangements.

 

Warranty

We guarantee that NO item purchased will be DOA (Defective on Arrival). 

There may be some minor cosmetic wear to any of our pre-owned items but nothing that would affect the item's overall performance or appearance. It is the responsibility of the buyer, however, to ensure that the item meets necessary inspection, calibration, certification, and or sterilization requirements before installing equipment and utilizing in a clinical environment. We accept no liability for equipment after eBay transaction is completed and the item has been delivered. 

 

Returns

We will accept returns (and pay return shipping) ONLY on defective items, and we ask that you contact us within 7 days of delivery AND return item in original packaging.  Note that we keep a record of all serial numbers before shipping items from our facility.

 

International shipping is available unless prohibited by law. 

International shipping requires a quote. 

Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping quote. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.  Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying. Customs fees are normally charged by the shipping company or collected when you pick the item up. These fees are not additional shipping charges.
