A piece of my past here - I've owned this since July 1968. So many I've purchased more recently over the years that I was surprised to find one from my early past but there is my name scribbled at the top of the first page - I was eleven. I'm pretty sure this magazine was where it all went south for me, lol. Could have been the Mad's though. Or National Lampoons later. Yes, definitely was the National Lampoons. Anyway - it's Cracked - which was a poor competitor of Mad's. The B team if you will. But it was still a great way to spend a hot lazy summer afternoon sitting on the deck by the pool, a bag of red licorice whips in my lap. At least I was READING. Do kids do that anymore? Plus - it was satire - one of the more complex forms of humor right? Apparently the nations IQ has collapsed and that is why comedians can no longer do their business without getting cancelled - thank God for Joe Rogan. Libturds don't understand satire and they cannot fathom why people would find them so easy to poke fun of. So - this is a disappearing artform then. Welcome to 1984! Bet AI couldn't write this!
