A VERY RARE 15" CIRCUS CLOWN DOLL WITH A BISQUE HAND PAINTED FACE AND COMPOSITION HANDS AND STRAW FILLED BODY - WITH ORIGINAL FELT CLOTHES - AND DATING TO C1880-1920.
Probably German or French and dating to c1900. A wonderful piece for collectors!
He is 15 inches tall. He has his original felt clothing. There is a small nick off his nose, one cheek and rim of hat, and fingers and he has one leather shoe and one sock over a damaged leg.
