Undelivered mail- If your parcel arrives back for any of the following reasons incorrect or incomplete address details, not collected or refused the item on return will be subject to a restocking fee. This is worked out as the cost of the postage we have incurred and 10% of the item value this basically covers our expenses pictures of returned parcel as evidence will be supplied on the refund date.
