You are looking at a drink coaster from Wilt Chamberlain's restaurant in Boca Raton, Florida autographed by Wilt Chamberlain.  Wilt autographed the white side of the item in ballpoint pen.  The autograph has been authenticated by PSA/DNA and will arrive in their tamper-proof slab as pictured.

Wilt's restaurant was open for several years, and when there Wilt was surprisingly happy to sign items that promoted the restaurant.  I have owned a full size laminated menu and a napkin as well.  Unbelievably, it has been 25 years since Wilt passed.
