A very pretty French silver tea strainer. It is designed to be attached to the spout of the tea pot and strain the tea as it is poured. It is French hallmarked with minerva head and number 2, indicating 800 grade silver). Can't find a maker's mark. It is 2 cm high (excluding handle), 6.5cm diameter(max) and weighs 14 .1 grams.
Condition: The strainer is in good general condition. No dings, splits or repairs. Some bends to the handle and spikes. Please see full description and photos.
