It was the height of summer 1985 and pop sci-fi movies were about to change for good. "Back to the Future" wasn't without its production teething troubles but once Michael J Fox had been cast in the lead, opposite Christopher Lloyd, the film was on track to become a mega-hit and the highest grossing film of its year.

Initially released on vinyl, it was to be 2008 before we saw this double CD pressing with a full 40 tracks.
