Please note that I have very good feedback.  I always aim to give (and hopefully receive!) positive feedback. In the rare event of you experiencing any problems, I would appreciate it if you would contact me and give me the opportunity to resolve them before leaving either negative or just neutral feedback.  I will endeavour to do this as quickly as possible and to your complete satisfaction - if you are not completely satisfied I will always offer a full refund.

Postage: 

On most listings I offer free postage. For other listings I only charge the actual cost of postage and never seek to make additional profit from additional postage charges.  If you want an additional postal service that has not been listed (e.g. recorded, or special/next day delivery) please just ask and I will provide this - again at cost. I will also offer a discount for multiple items.

Please note that I will normally only post items within the UK or Ireland or via eBay's Global Shipping Programme.

Please note that I much prefer you to use PayPal as it is easier for us all.  If you are not able to pay by PayPal, please contact me prior to bidding as, on occasion, I will consider cheques or stamps to the value of the sale.
