I have a couple of these that are dated from the 1920's and one from 1931.  So I am to believe this one is from that era.

This is a used vintage item in good vintage condition.  This item has minor wear and tear.  The page itself shows only discoloration.  The plastic cover has minor wear and tear of tape residue and scratches/scuffs.  Please see all of the photos and use the zoom in option for the best description of this item.
