Selling this cool 2009 NECA Jeff Dunham Talking WALTER Doll 18'' Collectible . He talks but his move does not move. Also you need to be patient when you press his hand and squeeze hand to get him to talk. The shoes originally had a fake leather but that leather has peeled off.
