1800’s Victorian Glass Dump Paperweight.

Don’t know much about paperweights, but collectors have told me it looks to be Victorian, likely around 1880’s to 1890’s, and it is likely a “dump paperweight.”

There’s also a marking of “Helen,” though I’m unsure if the is referenced the owner or the maker.

It’s in good shape. No cracks or chips.
