Absolutely gorgeous, like new, Peter Millar nailhead blazer. The prominent colors are brown and beige but blacks & grays can be seen within the fabric.

Interestingly, there is no size tag we can seem to find. The chest size is 47 1/2" so that equates to a men's standard US 46 or 47.
That being said, please take one of your medium weight blazers (wool if you have one) and follow our measurements below and if they match there would be no reason this will not fit you.
