Very nice presidential collector piece.

I have searched the internet and this is the only piece that I have seen that is personalized to Steven W Givens. With a personalized thank you note for his dedication and support to the Democratic party.

Personalized items are rare because they only made one to be given to the person that it is personalized to.

In the bottom left hand corner there is an allied printing trades council Union label Baltimore stamp.

Features the White House print on top of the personalization.

And has paid for by the Democratic national committee..

Has Bill Clinton's signature.

Comes framed already with a black and grayish frame with a gold inlay trim. The trim seems off just a little bit in the top right corner probably just due to its age.

I've noticed on the back of the portrait you can look in between the cardboard piece somebody put a sticker of their personal shop I believe it's a metal shop of some sort some other cool nostalgia.

Pre-owned condition no major damage just some normal where due to its age

The printed portrait measures about 7 in by 9 and 1/2 in and the frame measures about 11 and 1/2 in by 9 and 1/2 in.

Presidential items like this are very hard to come by grab it now while you can it's going to sell quick this is personalized as well.
