Testing and Returns

All of my listings are thoroughly tested and I will do minor repairs if necessary. I would never sell something I would not be happy to use myself. That means no bulging capacitors, noisy fans, or temporary “reflow” fixes. That means cleaned to a state that is good enough to be used straight away, and if needed, fresh thermal paste and CMOS batteries.

I don't have a strict return policy but should something fail within an unreasonable time period, I will always do my best to help fellow enthusiasts and I treat each situation on a case by case basis. So far, these situations have been rare due to the high level of testing I perform - just check my feedback. 

Extras and Options

Do you need IDE/SATA cables? Would you prefer a different CPU, RAM configuration? Let me know. In many cases I’m happy to include/swap out free of charge.

I also have a large number of hard drives, optical drives, power supplies, cases (most of which aren’t listed) so drop me a line with what you need and I can set up a listing for you so you still get eBay purchase protection. I also encourage you to look at my other listings.

Shipping

I try my best to ship things on the day of purchase. Sensitive electronic components will always be delivered in an anti-static bag in addition to any packing material to ensure its physical safety. My preference for shipping companies is Yodel or Royal Mail. I will not use Evri/Hermes. If you have a particular preference, please let me know and I’ll try to accommodate.

I am happy to ship abroad - if you do not see an option for the Global Shipping Programme, please contact me as sometimes eBay misses it off when I make a listing.

Photography

All photography is taken by myself and unless stated, you will receive exactly what is shown in the photos. If there is any significant damage/defect - I endeavor to highlight this, not hide it. Do get in touch if there’s an angle you think I have missed.

Pricing

I base my pricing on what things have sold for, and what they are currently selling for. However, as with all vintage technology - it’s only worth what people are willing to pay. I’m always open to any sensible offers, but please take into account the amount of time I spend testing, listing and shipping.
