The card available for sale is the Pokémon PORTUGUESE language variant created by Wizards of the Coast (WOTC) in 1999.  This card displays the customary English ’STARLIGHT’ holofoil pattern used during the Base, Jungle, and Fossil Set original print runs from 1999-2000.  

 

Statistically, based on PSA's public Pokémon card population reports, these foreign (non-English) language variants are significantly harder to acquire than the renowned and adored original English Base, Jungle, and Fossil set cards.

Domestic (USA):  

Tracked shipping is $5 for all purchases under $100; at the $100 purchase mark within one order, it will be included for free. For efficiency, multiple listings should be purchased within one order to ensure only one $5 shipping charge is applied.  This promotion is intended for usage of Combined Shipping in the event of multiple items being purchased.  If this shipping discount isn't applied automatically, please notify me before completing payment.

 

 

International (non-USA):
