Owner’s Description

"The RV is built on the Ford F-53 chassis with the Triton V10 6.8L engine that delivers 320 HP, so you have the power to cruise the highways and pass as needed with no worries.

The floor plan for this listing features one full-side slide-out that extends from just behind the driver's chair to the rear of the unit on the driver's side. This full-side slide-out creates an open and roomy feel inside.

The unit features an over-the-cab drop-down bed, a large dinette that quickly converts to a bed, and a sofa that quickly converts into a bed.

The master bedroom has a very nice queen-sized bed with storage below and cabinet space overhead. The queen size mattress is topped with a 4 inch foam topper as well as a new mattress pad.  The wardrobe closet is right at the entrance to the bedroom as well as one on each side of the bed. Bedroom TV also.

The galley has a refrigerator/freezer, a microwave and 3-burner stove top with cooktop cover, and a gas oven below. The angled countertop has a large farm-style kitchen sink and cabinet space above and below. There is also cabinet space over the dinette and sofa as well.

The large flat-screen TV over the dinette is the primary entertainment center - there is a TV in the master bedroom and outside as well. A HDIM switch is used to transfer the playing video to either the internal dinette TV or the external TV.  A DVD player is also part of the entertainment system.

The cab has all the normal features you would expect - cruise control, tilt steering wheel, 10" integrated stereo, navigation system, backup camera monitor, and turn signal camera monitor with Bluetooth connectivity. The Navigation system provides a true GPS receiver for those trips where Wi-Fi connection is not available. The RV has a 5500-watt Cummins Onan Generator. Auto-leveling of the RV takes the guess work out of leveling when you get to camp. There are dual 13,500 BTU roof-mounted AC units and a separate furnace for central heat.

A roof-mounted Winegard Connect 2.0 Wi-Fi & 4G LTE device to receive internet and mobile phone service.

Outside, the patio awning opens to extend the fun at the campground and is great for tailgate parties - the exterior 32-in TV makes this a fun place for the big game or to catch a movie under the stars at the campsite. A Bluetooth sound bar is also included as part of the outside entertainment system.

There are large exterior storage compartments on both sides of the RV. Support equipment included in the sale of the RV will include power cable hook-up for 50 amp as well as a 30 amp plug converter. Fresh water hose with pressure gage and adjustment, sewer drain hose and leveling jack blocks."
