PEGGY LEE: Rendezvous With Peggy Lee (EXTREMELY RARE 1997 JAPANESE 1st PRESSING 20bit DIGITAL REMASTER CD TOCJ-5957) LONG OUT OF PRINT

COLLECTORS HOLY GRAIL EXTREMELY RARE IN BRAND NEW CONDITION. I have only found a hand full of these on the internet and none that are brand new like mine at the time of making this ad.

Rendezvous With Peggy Lee, is one of the greatest albums of all time in my opinion. Released in 1957 by Capitol Records.

My favourite childhood album given to me by my uncle. Originally released in 1957, this album was an update from the original 6 track 78rpm version from 1952.

It features an incredible 6 CHART HITS and many tracks that were never released as singles but got played for decades after. “Stormy Weather” is one I remember hearing on the radio all the time when I was a kid.

This incredible Japanese version was remastered in 1997 using EMI-Toshiba HS 2088 technology, which stands for 20bit, 88.2kHz resolution. At the time this was the best mastering format in the world and only available on Toshiba-EMI releases. The music is breath taking and the sound quality is absolutely stunning, considering many of these tracks are 65 years old!

THIS IS ONE BEST ALBUMS I’VE EVER HEARD, PERIOD! CLOSE YOUR EYES AND PEGGY AND THE BAND ARE IN THE ROOM WITH YOU. ABSOLUTE MASTERPIECE!

EXTREMELY RARE, BRAND NEW 1997 JAPANESE IMPORT STILL FACTORY SEALED.

THIS IS AN EXTREMELY RARE STILL FACTORY SEALED JAPANESE FIRST PRESSING FROM 1997!! I CANNOT FIND ANOTHER ONE ANYWHERE IN THE WORLD AT THE TIME OF MAKING THIS AD.

Personally, I love collecting Japanese CD's, they are generally superior quality to the rest of the world on every level in my opinion. All the JAPANESE CD's I own are nearly always the best sounding pressings in the world with very few exceptions!!

As the years go by, these albums are going to get harder and harder to find as CD production is falling every year. It won't be long before rare CD's are selling for more than vinyl. CD's don't wear out, vinyl records do. I grew up with vinyl but the only thing I miss are the covers.

It is BRAND NEW, STILL FACTORY SEALED FROM 1997 NEVER BEEN PLAYED. Packed away in storage for over 25 years.

*INTERNATIONAL BUYERS PLEASE NOTE,
I USE 500G SATCHELS WITH TRACKING, INSURANCE AND SIGNATURE ONLY!

Duty & Tax

Most countries around the world are now charging VAT Tax on almost everything, so delivery times have slowed a little due to customs clearances, please check customs rules for your country, you might have to pay a bit extra. For example: The USA charges NOTHING UP TO $800USD so you will get your order quickly, UK charges 20% VAT on anything over 19GBP so it could take an extra week to get through customs at Langley. The EU countries, France, Italy, Spain etc charge VAT over 22 Euros. China is free up to $300USD.

Please message me through eBay with any questions. Cheers Neal
