This is a fabulous, versatile 1980s/90s sofa by Habitat.  It is the "Chameleon" model which was provided with a sewing pattern to make your own loose covers.  The shape is plain and squarish so would suit a range of different settings.

There are two sets of loose covers (or you could make your own using the pattern provided!):

1. Green and pink floral 100% cotton by Tabbycat Designs, pattern "Poppy Cluster".  Pink piping.  The backrest is lightly padded and quilted following the lines of the pattern, which I have tried to show in one of the photos.  There are two seat cushions but no scatter cushion covers. All removable and washable.  When I bought the sofa it came with these covers.

2. Heavy Irish linen in natural, undyed colour.  No piping. I made these myself - they are a bit more rustic in construction but still well made - and I did not quite have enough fabric to make the seat cushion in one piece, so the underside of the seat cushion is made in panels (will not be seen). The seat part covered by the cushions is a stretch organic black cotton (again, will not be seen). There are two scatter cushion covers, one side of which is patched Irish linen, the same as the body of the sofa, and the other a black organic cotton.  Please note scatter cushion covers only, not the inners.  Due to eking out the fabric the two seat cushions are enclosed in one case (not two like the floral set).

Below the loose covers is a fixed cotton calico type material.

All covers freshly washed in eco-friendly unscented detergent.  Comes from a smoke-free, pet-free and scent-free home (though I cannot vouch for the one previous owner).

The sofa has been well looked after and is comfortable.  Seat cushions are foam.

Dimensions:

Width: 155cm
Depth front to back: 88cm
Full height: 76cm
Height from floor to arm: 50cm
Seat width: 128cm
Seat depth: 57cm

Collection only from outskirts of Dundee, DD5.  The sofa is quite light and can be moved around easily by one person, though you will need two people to lift and manoeuvre it into a vehicle.  I may be able to help here if necessary.  Furniture courier welcome, with their own blankets for protection.  I suggest Prouvia or obtaining a quote from Shiply or Anyvan.  Please make sure the courier knows to quote for the sofa, the two loose seat cushions, and the extra set of covers, just in case they are picky about the 'number of parcels'!

Please send through any questions; I am happy to help.  Thanks for looking.
