Postage

Standard posting is Royal Mail Second Class. You have the option to upgrade to Royal Mail First class at check out.

I keep proof of postage for each box, therefore I cannot be held responsible for any delays or loss/ damage once the boxes have been posted and are with the postal service.
All boxes are made to order, the processing time is 1-3 days, but I always try to post them as quickly as possible.

Once the box has been sent, I cannot control the temperature or handling of the boxes, please be aware of this especially during hotter weather, and that some items might move during transit.

Standard free delivery is Royal Mail second class, which aims to deliver within 3-5 business days, if you choose to upgrade to First class, the delivery times are 1-2 working days, so please keep this in mind when ordering.  Please also be mindful of extra delays due to Royal Mail strikes or busy periods such as Christmas.
