Lightning McQueen is the main character of the Cars series. 
He appears in almost every main installment of the car series,
 with the only exceptions being media,
 which are based on the series by Planes.
 He's a Piston Cup race car,
 who has won 5 Piston Cups since his debut in the 2005 season.
 Lightning comes from the small town of Radiator Springs
 in the county of Carburetor, 
where he has his own racing center and 
has its own stadium.
