The first pokemon taps were the Kanto ones, and they came out in 2 parts, first the initial Kanto pokemons that could evolve called Taps 1 came out in 1998 (for example Charmander or Paras that have their Kanto evolutions), the second part in 1999, called Taps 2, which were all the evolved Kanto pokemon and those that did not evolve into any Kanto pokemon (For example, Snorlax, which has no evolution or Onix, which does not have a Kanto evolution but did evolve into Steelix but this one is from Johto, for this reason reason it is considered in Taps 2).

Taps 1 are the hardest to find currently in excellent condition, but Taps 2 are a little more accessible.
