Here you can build the most versatile LEFTHAND electric guitar in the world yourself. The high-quality mahogany body and maple neck with the Pau Ferro fingerboard are the basic structure for the classic electric guitar sound. The three single-coil pickups transmit the typical sound of an electric guitar of this type.
The pickups, switches and controls are already soldered and attached to the pickguard. The only soldering work is the two output wires going to the output jack and the ground wire going to the tremolo claw. Very easy for anyone to do.
This kit includes the traditional vintage type tremolo with 6 point screw connection. The neck is already equipped with frets and is already adapted to the body. All required parts are included: pickups, screws, potentiometers, switches, Dicast tuners and strings. You can also customize the color of your self-built guitar. If you want to keep the wood grain visible, a clear coat is an excellent choice.
The Boston KIT-ST-15 guitar kit is a unique, easy and creative way to create your own personal guitar. The headstock is a so-called “half paddle head”. It offers enough space to design your own personal headstock shape.
It will certainly require some craftsmanship to make this kit a great sounding and playable instrument, but it is entirely doable and you will have a lot of fun.
