I'm not original owner and since package does not come sealed I'm calling it used to be safe. Packaging has wear and imperfections and the original owner wrote his initials on all side of box (plz see pic 15). On the top of silver cargo trailer box there is scratches from packaging rubbing (plz see pic 14).

I recently purchased a large O scale collection from a 95 year old collectors estate and will be listing more as time permits so be sure to check out my other listings.
