Playstation 4 Processor Unit works perfectly and has been tested.  Unit comes with a power supply which is also in perfect working order.  This does not include a headset or other accessories so you will need those to use a VR.  

Shipping

Shipping is determined by USPS using buyer zip code + weight of item. Shipped USPS w/ delivery confirmation.

International buyers: We only ship items using the Global Shipping Center. You will pay us (the seller) the U.S. shipping fee for shipping to the GSC in the U.S. The international buyer (you) will have to pay separate international shipping & customs cost that goes directly to a 3rd party shipper.

Payment

Tax will be collected through eBay and is in addition to price and shipping as required by state law.
