Please look closely at all photos. Photos may include close up pictures of imperfections as well as measurements.

Power cord not included, batteries not included. Has a couple small spots of paint missing on lighthouse and wood base. Clean battery compartment. Tested.

Shipping:

• There is a surcharge for some locations due to additional shipping cost.
• Most items will ship USPS, but in some cases larger or heavier items may ship UPS depending on cost.
• If you purchase multiple items me in the same order that each have a shipping cost, shipping will be combined and you'll receive a partial refund. 

Returns:

• Returns are accepted on most items. Item must be returned in the same condition as you received it. 
• Returns of brand new sealed items that have been opened will receive partial refund of 50%.
• Shipping will not be refunded unless the reason you are returning the item is my fault.
