The system is fully tested and works perfectly. Plays UMD games great. Please note that it does not include a battery! The battery that was in it was swollen and no longer worked so I disposed of it. I used a battery from my personal system to test it though, so it is working. Batteries can be found very cheaply here on eBay so it should not be an issue. Includes a charger as well. 

The system has some wear but screen is pretty nice. It had a screen protector on, which I removed. There is some residue left on the edge of the screen bezel. See pictures for more details.
