Shipping Speed: we strive to ship most items within 3 weekdays (M-F) and usually do not ship on the weekends. If you need an item shipped faster,
we can ship overnight, 2 day, etc. Please contact us at least 24hrs
before purchasing to make arrangements.
Most of our items use flat-rate shipping prices, and will ship usually through USPS or FedEx, depending on who is cheaper. If you cannot receive FedEx shipments, please contact us to work out a shipping price, as sometimes USPS will be 2-3x as expensive as FedEx Ground.
Some non-collectible items may be sent in their original retail or shipping box if sturdy enough. If you need the item double boxed, please leave us a note in your order. A small charge may be required to double box larger items (like a laser printer, stereo receiver, etc) as the shipping cost we pay will increase substantially. If the order is a gift, please let us know.
Catalog Errors: some item specifics on new items, such as size, color, etc are generated by the UPC and eBay's product catalog. We try to correct any errors we spot, but sometimes things get overlooked. If you need to be sure an item includes something, or the listed size or other features appear incorrect, feel free to contact us and we can double check. If you need more photos, we can provide them.
