Paint in good original condition. Zero adjusts work. Voltage and current tested and works well. The bulb is hard to remove but does not light up. I was told that the meter was probably rebuilt but I am not an expert on this and cannot confirm but there are new looking wires on the lights so I would assume that it is rebuilt.
