SIZING

The nightgown is tagged a size Large, and the robe is tagged a size Medium.  The actual measurements are as follows: 

Robe
Bust: 22 inches across, underarm to underarm (44 inches around)
Shoulders: 15.5 inches across, seam to seam
Waist/Hips: 28 inches across (56 inches around)
Length: 40 inches from the shoulder to the hem

Nightgown
Bust: 22.5-23.5 inches across, underarm to underarm (45-47 inches around) 
Waist/Hips: 27 inches across (54 inches around)
Length: 37.5 inches from the shoulder to the hem

Note: These are the actual measurements of the garment, so please leave yourself room for comfort of movement. All measurements were taken with the item laying flat. The flat measurements were doubled to give an approximate measurement around. 

DESCRIPTION 

This is a darling vintage peignoir robe and nightgown set from the 1960s that was made by Snowdon.  The robe is made out of a single layer of creamy ivory white nylon.  The robe has short cap sleeves, and there are brown lace accents along the neckline and down the front.  The robe closes with buttons that go all the way down the front.

The nightgown has a sheer chiffon outer layer and a stretchy nylon inner layer. There is brown lace trim accenting the neckline and hem of the chiffon layer.  The nightgown is sleeveless, and it closes with three buttons on the chest.

CONDITION

This set is in very good vintage condition. I did notice that the elastic loops for the buttons on the nightgown have lost their stretch, but the loops still work to button up the nightgown.

Shipping:

I go to the post office every week day, Monday - Friday.  I typically ship items out one business day after I've received payment, so if I receive payment on Friday, your item will go in the mail Monday (although if I receive payment early enough, I might get it in the mail the same day). If you need an item to be shipped right away, just let me know and I will do my best to get it out to you as soon as possible! 

PLEASE NOTE: I will ship your item to the address listed on the payment, so please make sure that your address is up-to-date!  

INTERNATIONAL BUYERS: I am happy to ship internationally, but please note that as the buyer, you are responsible for any taxes or duties your customs office might charge on packages coming from the USA.  

Clothing Condition:

The large majority of the items in my store are vintage and/or pre-owned.  I will list any major flaws in the item description.  However, most vintage clothing has been around for several decades or more, and it may have some minor snags in the fabric, the occasional loose thread or other minimal signs of wear.  Vintage items may also have raw seams that have not been serged.  By purchasing, you are accepting that these items are used and may not be 100% perfect. However, if you feel I have overlooked a major flaw, please let me know!
