GRADE 2 - EXCELLENT - The item shows hardly any wear.

GRADE 3 - GOOD - Shows wear & plays perfectly 

GRADE 4 - POOR - The item shows a lot of wear but still plays.

Packaging:  The DVDs are usually protected by card in an envelope (Lil envelope)
