All counter sheets are in sealed bags, or in separate baggies (for Operations Brevity and Battlexe scenarios). The game box shows some shelf-wear. 

The Rules book has been highlighted in areas, and the middle pages have fallen out and have been taped back in place. 4 of the maps have some minimum stains along the folds on the reverse side, some of which have bled-through to the front. I thought they were part of the terrain until I looked at the back of the sheets. There is also some backside taping on several of the maps. 

I would rate this game as Good-to-Very Good condition.
