We ship as quickly as possible however, depending upon when you order, holidays, weekends, etc. can delay shipments. Handling time can exceed four (4) days. Please plan accordingly.
When applicable, this venue collects and retains sales tax. We have no control over this and DO NOT retain those taxes. If you have questions specific to taxation, please contact this portal directly
Every Amish Spirit item is hand quilted by ONE artist. We do not sell "bee" style. Nothing we sell is ever machine quilted. All fabrics are dye fast quilt grade cotton (no dress or scrap fabrics!). Every Amish Spirit item for sale is an original and one of a kind.
Unless specifically stated, we do not charge for shipping within the continental
US. However, if you require shipping outside
the US, or, to Hawaii, Puerto Rico or Alaska please inquire and we will quote
shipping to you – at cost – via UPS.
Return Policy:
YOU MAY NOT RETURN ITEMS VIA THE UNITED STATES POSTAL SERVICE. The USPS has
lost items, without recourse. So again, we are no longer allowing returns via
the USPS.
If
you are returning an item, it must be returned in original condition to qualify
for refund or exchange. In the rare case you wish to return an Amish Spirit item
you must notify us within 48 hours of receipt of goods. Return shipments must
be initiated within three (3) business days and returned via UPS or FedEx. (No USPS accepted.) A credit towards the purchase of another,
or, a full refund – excluding credit card, insurance and shipping costs – will
be issued in the same form as your payment when the item is received in the
same condition as sent.
Please include a copy of your invoice.
Item(s) must be wrapped and sealed in plastic (bags are OK) and then placed in
a clean corrugated cardboard box.
All edges and corners of this box must be taped.
Insure the package for the full amount of the item.
Pay shipping and insurance fees.
Notify Amish Spirit of tracking number for your shipment.
