Here is a 2022 Cubs team issued Field of Dreams jersey . It is a size 46 and has all of the proper tagging and is MLB authenticated  . Miguel Amaya wore #75 in 2022 but was not on the Cubs roster.  Could he have been there in uniform though? likely this jersey was made for him incase he got called up.
