The Midnight Meat Train DVD signed in-person on the front cover artwork insert by Clive Barker (the film was based on his short story) and screenwriter Jeff Buhler. Mr. Barker's marker didn't work well at first so he retraced the letter "C" in his signature. Additionally, he inscribed the date of the signing: "21 February 2009".
