Hello, thanks for looking! This is a brand new in-bag officially licensed PSG 3 foot by 5 foot flag as made by Winning Streak. Not sure if this flag is printed double sided but I can check if requested - I would just have to open the bag. 

This flag comes from a smoke-free home with a dog. Any other questions please let me know!
