This rich magenta costume with a green jari border, made from a 100% Kanchipuram silk sari, was custom-made as an Indian classical dance Bharatanatyam costume. This style features a diagonal fan. The pant of the costume is 39" long, made for a 5'4” - 5'7" tall female dancer, and can be adjusted on the bottom hem.  Two new unused blouses are included. The green silk blouse is made for a 36” bust, and the red cotton one for a 33” bust. They are both adjustable.

The various pieces drape elegantly, as seen in the photographs. the costume has been well cared for, and dry cleaned after previous use.

The pre-owned costume was used for our daughter's arangetram, and is in excellent shape. It was crafted with the highest quality materials and skill by a dance-costume tailor in Bangalore. The low price is not a reflection of its excellent quality, rather, but of our family's wish to have this costume available to dancers at a reasonable price. 

Please note that though the costume has dry cleaned, there may be an occasional spot or stain, but nothing that detracts from its elegance.
