How to Place an Order :

  1. Enter the personalised details required in the personalised box on the lising.

  2. Select 'buy it now'

  3. Select 'CONFIRM & PAY' to place your order. Your order will then be dispatch within 1 working day (same day if ordered by 12pm).

Please ensure that you carefully choose the appropriate options from the available listing, for instance, selecting the correct age and relationship. In the event that you select 'daughter' but provide a note that only says 'Happy 21st Birthday Millie', the card will read 'Happy 21st Birthday to a special daughter Millie'. It is of utmost importance that you select the correct options.


Moreover, it is vital that you accurately type the information that you want on the front of the card, including the correct spelling. Please note that we copy and paste the wording exactly as it appears in your message, and we do not verify the spelling. Therefore, any errors on the card are not our responsibility.


Furthermore, please provide the name for the card before we send it out. Failure to do so may cause a delay in the dispatch of your card, as we cannot send it without the name.


In the event of any issues with your order, we will contact you via eBay messages. Please ensure that you check your messages frequently to avoid any miscommunication.


Lastly, please note that the image displayed is a digital representation of the design. Due to differences in computer screen quality and card materials, the actual card colors may vary slightly. Additionally, some of the fancy fonts used may display certain letters differently than in a standard font. This is intentional and does not affect the correct printing of names on the cards.


Please be advised that all cards are dispatched via Royal Mail 1st class delivery. Orders placed by 12pm from Monday to Friday will be dispatched on the same day. However, orders placed after 12pm on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday will be dispatched on the following Monday (excluding Bank Holidays).


Although orders are usually delivered within 1 to 2 working days, it is possible that delivery may take longer, up to 7 working days. This can occur even with 1st class delivery. Once the order is dispatched, we have no control over delivery and rely solely on Royal Mail to deliver orders as quickly as possible. Please note that 1st class delivery does not guarantee a delivery date and we cannot guarantee when you will receive your order. If you require guaranteed delivery, Special Next Day delivery is the only guaranteed delivery service available. Please note that Saturday Special delivery is more expensive and excludes Saturdays.


It is important to note that the delivery dates provided on the listing are estimated delivery dates provided by eBay. We cannot guarantee that you will receive your order by the date indicated.


To avoid any potential delays by Royal Mail, we highly recommend ordering in advance to ensure that you receive your card on time.

Unfortunately due to the item being personalised there's no returns or refund.
