Attaches by hook through top brass eyelet of topper or
if you remove the metal hook from the suction cup,
the suction cup can be pushed through the bottom hole
to attach to window. You may need to trim the small
diameter piece of rubber very slightly to get it to push through.
 Push it through the front side to attach to interior of window 
 (recommended) or through the backside of topper to attach
 to exterior of window ( not recommended except when vehicle is parked)
