Original 1st UK pressing of The Beatles “Abbey Road” LP

This version has the corrected/aligned apple sleeve. No “Her Majesty” on the sleeve OR label.

Matrix numbers/mothers/stampers:

Side 1: YEX 749-2 9 RGP

Side 2: YEX 750-1 4 RGA

Vinyl visually grades around VG with lots of fine non feelable hairlines when viewed under strong light and a couple of non feelable scratches. It’s fully play tested and plays a strong VG+/EX-. A few light crackles in some of the quiet sections/spaces between tracks and about 6 or 7 soft repetitive clicks in “Come Together” but this is genuinely minimal and unobtrusive. Overall this sounds really good with nice enjoyable audio. Certainly nothing distracting. No loud pops, clicks, sticks or jumps. VG+

The sleeve is also VG+ to EX-. No major issues but has some rubbing on the spine edge and sone tape residue on opening edges where it had previously been taped.

The original inner (either plain white or black) is missing but I will include a brand new poly lined black inner.
