payments between Monday & Friday. Slight delays may occur over public
holidays.

Serene Aquarium will ship orders to all areas of Australia with the exception
of live plants. Please make note, live plants will not be shipped to Western
Australia or Tasmania due to quarantine restrictions.


Refund Policy

Serene Aquarium realizes that not every purchase is going to be exactly right
every time. In this case if you are not happy with your order, you can return it for
a credit.


Combined Postage

To save our customers money, combined postage is available on all our

never receive it.

3. Live plants need to arrive in the quickest time possible. Personal arrangements
can be made with the courier to meet up the following day if no one is home.
