  House Deliveries

• Delivery is via courier to an Actual Address - (No PO Box sorry).

• No locked gates please – driver needs quick/easy access to front door.

• A valid phone number is required for the booking.

• Please specify at checkout where on your premises your item can be left if you are not home at time of delivery. Example – ‘Leave at door’ or ‘Under carport’ etc.

       (if not specified, the default will be ‘leave at door’ to avoid re-delivery charges) 

Units / Apartments / Security Buildings

• For Units & Apartments – driver needs easy access to Unit door. If it’s a multi level building item/s will be left Inside Foyer, as some drivers do not walk up stairs – (courier policy, not ours).

• For Security Buildings – item/s will be left outside Main entrance door. If it’s unsafe to leave item/s outside the main entrance door please contact us prior to placing your order.

• A valid phone number is required for the booking. 

We welcome pick-ups from our Kingsgrove 2208 warehouse Mon-Fri, 9am - 4pm with prior arrangements.
Please request Shipping Invoice at checkout prior to making payment so we can adjust the invoice with free shipping.
