When I purchased this quilt, it was labeled a ‘Nine Patch’ quilt. You can still see some cotton seeds. I think it’s a Double Irish Chain. Where you see the 8 Pennies is a straight pin and under the pin is a stain. Most of the stains are very faint annd the blue has faded. Under one of the Pennies is a small tear.
