Delivery
Packages are generally dispatched within 1 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via Hermes or Post with tracking and drop-off without signature. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

Return & Refund Policy
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
All claims must be made in writing, and submitted by email within 24 hours of receipt of delivery and supply us with some suitable photos of the damage.
