Antique Barber Chair Child's Booster Seat.
It is unmarked as to manufacturer.
The structure is metal and wood.  The seat is leather over wood.  The wire where it overhangs on the arms is leather wrapped so to not scratch the porcelain on the chair.
It measures approx. 5" tall, 25-1/2" long x 9-1/2" wide.  It extends to 28" long.

Condition: Previously owned and used.  It has overall wear, oxidation and rust on the metal.  Prime for restoration.  The leather wrapping on the arms has wear.  The leather on the seat has some wear.  It is very sturdy and the screws are tight.  Extra packaging will be used to ensure safe shipment.  Please review photos as they are part of the condition.  Thank you.
