DoTerra Vetiver essential oil is food, aroma and therapeutic grade used in skin/body care, perfumes, soaps, candle making, massage oils, potpourri, air fresheners diffusion. The complexity of the aroma is desirable in perfumes creating a grounding aroma with depth and complexity of notes.

USES
Can be used in massage oils, foot rubs for a grounding effect..
A small amount can be digested. A small amount of this essential is used as it is quite concentrated. Using a toothpick if the oil is thick is sufficient for digestive use.
Add 1-4 drops in a diffuser for aromatherapy use.

Diffusion: Use three to four drops in a diffuser.
Topical use: Apply one to two drops to desired area. Dilute
with a carrier oil to minimise any skin sensitivity. Do a test patch first. See additional precautions
below.
Cooking use: Add 1 to two drops per 120 ml of liquid.
Possible skin sensitivity. Keep out of reach of children. If you are pregnant, nursing, or under a doctor’s care, consult yourphysician. Avoid contact with eyes, inner ears, and sensitive areas.
