This finely illustrated vintage cigarette card features a soldier of the 2nd Foot Guards,  The Coldstream Guards circa 1742. 

The reverse side provides historical details about this regiment and its uniform.

Issued in 1937, this  original card measures 68 x 36 mm.

In very good condition.
