Has tags, but since I got it at an estate sale I can't verify if it was worn or not.
This hat was acquired from an estate sale so the origin and history of the hat is unknown. Unless a tag specifies a brand or any other information they are listed as unbranded. This does not mean they are low quality or not a brand of some sort. Some may need cleaned before wear and with some of the hats being custom made a bead or two may need fabric glue but this will be stated above. They are sold As-Is.
